Ebola is a constant problem in Africa, and companies are constantly working on vaccines.  Although it doesn't mutate as fast as Covid, it does mutate and there's several strains going around right now.

A bigger impact on the issue was the complete cutoff of USAID.

Add to this the dismantling of many CDC programs, and the US has ended up with a much poorer ability to respond to any sort of pandemic.

At the end of the Obama , there was a generic global plan, coordinated with WHO and other countries, on how to handle major outbreaks.  The first thing that Trump did was to throw that one out (which is how we got Covid.  IF the Obama plan had been used, the spread could have been more easily contained and lockdowns might not have been advised.

(and yes, as I've said on another thread, I worked for an epidemiology lab under a professor who specialized in disease outbreaks as well as being part of a research team for West Nile Virus and I have strong opinions about what works and what doesn't.

The government was already preparing for this Ebola outbreak in January 2026. If I could predict the dates of outbreaks from the books connected to Bill Gates than I am quite certain the government would be way ahead of the game.


As for the U.S. pulling out of the WHO and USAID  it is the right move because Billy was using the taxpayer funds to add to his Vaccine cartel goals. His goals do not equal our goals. The U.S. can direct the aid directly to target areas of concern, with the aim of saving lives not causing more harm.

Is that the way you think they devise evil schemes?

At first I thought that I was imagining the connections in these books but over time it became more than obvious. Frankly I think they are crazy that they believed that no one would read any of their books and connect the dots.

Now we have been told that the only number we need to know is #52. So I went to page 52.

It is right there, confirming the other books-
Line 4, first word "-be."

Bundibugyo Ebola.

Margaret Keenan received the first Covid-19 vaccine on 8 December , 2020.

Now the logic goes that if they had been able to develop a Covid jab in 100 days that means Keenan and Shakespeare would have received their jabs in April. Of course it would be April. "That would have been when there were just 2.3 million confirmed Covid cases in the world."

The Upper West Africa's primary caregivers had already demonstrated that ill patients had to be treated and have their fluids replaced.

Instead the outside "experts" had decided that the only course of action was to isolate the patients.

"But by July it was being argued, usually by outside experts, that infection control was to isolate patients suspected or known to have Ebola and encourage them to rehydrate themselves with oral rehydration salts..."

So they need rehydration but also "intercurrent or secondary infections, many resulting from Ebola's attack on the immune system or from damage to the gastrointestinal tract. It means treatment of the malnutrition, anemia, and wasting that accompany serious illness. It might mean a transfusions of whole blood, plasma, or platelets, or administering drugs called vasopressors, which elevate blood pressure." 

There is some serious weirdness around how they medical staff were being told how to treat patients. Even with PPP, so fully protected, they were instructed to not touch the patient. Page 30.

Frankly this is horrible. Imagine pregnant women who needed C-sections couldn't have anyone touch them. Were they suppose to conduct their own?

What has struck me as well as survivors of Ebola in West Africa- why weren't they permitted to provide front line care

so i just read through very quickly and haven't noticed anyone draw the conclusion that perhaps, the egg came before the chicken.

yes its true that the region has historically been the epicenter of more than one outbreak.
This lends to the idea that a vaccine has been in the works for a while.
I imagine anyone investing would want some sort of confidence and not just blindly throwing money at the issue. so there may have been some experimental vaccine already in play prior to the funding. 

Perhaps after funding, planning proceeded to further test said vaccine and this outbreak is the result? 
This based on my very small knowledge base on vaccines and their creation but don't they usually use some form of the virus to create them? (and also eggs)
Isn't this what causes most variations/mutations?

Stephane Bancel [CEO of Moderna] has been elusive but there are some nuggets of information.

Stephane Bancel emailed Richard Hatchett [CEPI] on January 20, 2020 requesting $1 million to fund Moderna's mRNA jabs. He was on a [7] hour flight from Boston to the WEF meeting.

"We had known about the virus since between Christmas and New Year, but without the genetic information we could do nothing." Line 13 & 14.

This is January 20 and he was on an expert panel "discussing the unfolding outbreak in Wuhan, China, had already clocked and calculated the deadly potential threat hidden in the small cluster of Pneumonia cases being reported there."

Imagine it took only 7 minutes to decide to fund Bancel.

The contract was signed on January 22, 2020.

Page 40 they go into the horrific job that the WHO had done during the Ebola outbreak of 2014.
"An independent panel of experts convened by Harvard Global Health Institute and the London School of Hygiene  and Tropical Medicine which analyzed  the WHO's response to the 2014 Ebola outbreak even went as far as recommending it should be stripped of its role in declaring international emergencies arising from disease outbreaks."

 Britain imposed a full national lockdown on March 23.
Wuhan lockdown was January 23.
New Zealand first Covid case was February 28. On March 25 New Zealand had 205 cases they imposed one of the strictest lockdowns in the world. And just imagine Melinda awarded Jacinda Abern millions to do whatever she wanted.

Hatchett only needed 7 minutes to make the decision to fund Moderna because he had been involved in s "deep academic analysis he and his collegues conducted back in 2006 and 2007. The study dealt with the Spanish flu..."

This is odd- During the Swine flu outbreak Hatchett and friends tried to convince Obama to shut down the country, close schools but Obama refused. Instead he decided to go with the CDC recommendations- which advised against doing this. Page 44.

By January 23, 2020 CEPI had made 3 rounds of funding to Moderna, when there were only 581 cases of Covid worldwide.

Moderna launched this project with a biotech company called Inovio.

Just like BioNTech, they partnered with a Chinese biotech so that they could conduct clinical trials on the Chinese people who were ill with Covid.
