As someone who has never been persuaded by anything I had ever heard about aliens before watching the film, I feel qualified to tell you that “The Age of Disclosure” is really, really convincing. The amount of military officials who share detailed, corroborating stories of alien encounters, and congresspeople who vouch for the credibility of their claims, make this feel like a documentary with front-page news potential. Of course, there’s still the problem of never being able to see this classified evidence, and each viewer will have to decide how many generals swearing that they’ve seen aliens with their own eyes is enough to convince them. And for some, no amount of adamant testimony will ever be enough. But it nevertheless it feels fair to say that “The Age of Disclosure” makes a more serious argument for the idea that we’ve had close encounters with the third kind than any documentary that preceded it.

Does it touch on whether this is extraterrestrial intelligence or other dimensional? 

One would think if there are this many solid accounts we would at least know where they originated from. With the possibility we have more than NHI

Yeah, you hit on the pertinent points in the review, but the review didn't give a hint about who they may be or where they come from.

Let's face it unless it's just our black tech, or whoever NHI has no interest in humanity, we are headed for a huge paradigm shift.

Looking for ranking (ie best to worst) of governments' quality of disclosure...
This  Belief in Aliens is useful, however, 

There used to be a website (or search engine searches misconstrue the search arguments) that ranks from best to worst, governments' quality of UFO disclosure.

I recall that France and Brazil are likely the best, by disclosing all or most details of what they have, and that the US is among the most restrictive (Ohhh Nooo, it's classified!!!)

Rant:  If ET is real, why can't we know?  Cause people will panic and jump out of windows!

Specifically, the US congressional report a few years ago, required all government agencies to reveal what they had on UFOs.  The two most relevant agencies' reports were missing - The Department of Energy, and the Magestic Twelve (MJ-12), the latter (founded by President Trueman) being the keeper of all UFO information. 

Pilot reports. Correct me as needed.

Unwritten Rule in the US Airline Industry.  Any pilot who sights and reports a UFO will be grounded for psychological problems (cause everyone knows "there's no such thing as a UFO")

Best might be Mexico and South American countries that encourage pilots to report what they see.

The key to disclosure might be to de-classify documents belonging to the all powerful, all knowing MJ-12.  But, but,  Ohhhh Noooo!!   "MJ-12 does not exist!"  

Then there's Department of Energy.  UFOs like to loiter around DOE related facilities.  Look for book, UFOs & Nukes by Hastings.

Sounds good, but it won't make any difference. Any government admitting they are real, by providing evidence, such as a crashed ship. Will open a huge can of worms.

The only way we will have proof they exist, is if they land in the middle of a city, for thousand if not millions to see and photograph.  But that still leaves the government off the hook for their cover up, for decades.

If NHI means non human intelligence. They are interested, like scientist are interested in lab rats. Otherwise they wouldn't be here.

I checked some redit threads.  The problem appears to be that the people all wants a personal disclosure and it has to be one that validates their view of the world.

FWIW all of this feels like the slow methodical rolling disclosure that has been discussed over and over or subterfuge. We need solid evidence beyond testimonies history is full of suspect testimonies as valuable as they are. These documentaries are small pieces to a large puzzle

because it seems to me the government is going to try and play ignorant and not be truthful about the who, what where, and when and how
