Is this report a message that Joe Biden will be removed from office soon? While many will nay-say this as a possibility so close to the elections, it would be the best time to remove Joe and replace him with Harris. With so little time left on the clock, Harris' power would be held in check by stone walling from both sides of Congress. So, if this report about Bidens dogs being pushed around is about removing him from office, then now would be the best time to do that without affecting anything in DC.

On the other hand, if this is just a story about Joe's dogs, then it's just another nail in his coffin when it comes to his publicly viewed image.
