Saying the highest court in the land is "rogue", and announcing the intent to take political prisoners. Do we have to wait until she actually does this to arrest her? Or is fomenting insurrection enough?
Obviously if she does dare to do such things, the immediate response should be a full military assault to rescue the hostages, arrest of the entire command-authority in the rebel government, with trials held before a military tribunal.
I expect she knows what the consequence of treason is.
She’s acting like the feds are going around hitting people over the head with hammers or something.
“Hey I have a good idea, let’s pit local and state police versus the feds.”
