Speculation: what archaeological sites will be found in the near future?

Just to confirm, that this site and the island sites are in NW Africa right?

Plato's description of the location of Atlantis was 'just beyond the Pillars of Hercules' (Strait of Gibraltar), so it's close by, am I on the right track here?

Yes, all the images I post are from NW Africa.  The "Detractors" want Plato read word for word, no deviations.  And they do not want you to consider errors in ancient translations, unintentional mistakes, or the fact that the writings are over 2000 years old involving two different time keeping systems, one based on the Moon, the other based on the Solar Sun.  If you look at where the Richat is, it is just past the Pillars, looking east to west.  Plus, the rest of Plato,s retelling is lost, so great flexibility must be taken when reading.
Yes, it is close by.  You can have "Islands" in a Inland Sea.  

Now North East of the Richat, 500 miles is another suspected Island in present day Algeria. 

 




Closer to the Richat, in its nearest "Suburb", Quadane, ancient ruins atop a Island in a Wadi, which would have been a river back then.  18 miles to the South West of the Richat.  (Tiftil)



And to the South of this island by 1/4 mile, what can only be viewed as a "Boat Dock". (Fort)
