If a real nuclear event happens, then I would expect places like Denver, DC, or New York City. I doubt that we'll see that happen which is why I'm betting that LA or Detroit will be used to force this next stage in to happening. After all, Hunter is going to be going to court over a gun charge, and Joe is doing poorly in both the polls and in health.
