Lot of talk that members of Congress have used MS13 in the mast for hits. Maybe that's why this guy is needed to be in the US and not in a place where he could use what he knows as a bargaining chip. 

Let's not forget MS13 was originally blamed for trying to rob Seth Rich, up until that rumor disappeared. Wonder if MS13 was the shooters and the hit being blamed on MS13 was just tying up loose ends that didn't need it.
