I thought you would be able to read between the lines and do some deductive reasoning, some inference.
If the Ukrainian parliament was full of thugs before , why wouldn't it be now? It is only 5 or so years since the last person I called out was in office (2019)
Did Zelensky entering office magically clean it up?
Also, when a new President takes office does that automatically replace the cabinet or parliament?
Also the NBC article was from 2 years ago.
