I procrastinate and rarely go to a doctor they are so expensive and usually just give you an antibiotic.
and yeah once an infection takes hold it's a bitch and a half to get rid of.
Oregano is antibacterial as well as other members of the mint family. I do add it to my 'immune' 'vitamin' and green tea, along with a pinch of thyme, an Italian herbal mix, honey, dehydrated lemon, and cinnamon. But I have a preexisting condition and I am getting older by the minute, so I may need to go the antibiotic route.
