Donald Trump’s US Department of Justice has sent out a memo threatening arrests of government officials in Sanctuary Cities for not complying with ICE mass deportations. The US Attorney’s Office will prosecute.
“Department of Justice memo citing the supremacy clause says the department is going after sanctuary cities to quote, require state and local actors to comply with the executive branches Immigration enforcement initiatives suggesting ARRESTS ARE POSSIBLE FOR OBSTRUCTION.”
