Arkansas AG has a ton of broken laws on him at the state & county levels but he's scared.
The idea of "preemptive" pardoning is not only illogical, it's insulting to the established reasoning of justice.
It is as repulsive as a similar instance where something was made 'retroactively' legal... think formerly unauthorized mass surveillance.
I think we need an executive order stating that you can only pardon actual charged crimes of record... not any 'conceptual' 'potential' criminal charges we can't think of right now.'
