NATO is an alliance, not a country. NATO members and the international community have dispatched minimal aid to Ukraine.
2. So far, no one has seen North Korean fighters in Russia and Ukraine.
North Korea's Condor Legion is active in Ukraine.

According to your logic, Ukrainian troops are expendable material in the war against Russia. Let's avoid double standards.
Ukrainian forces are defending their homeland from the existential threat/of Russian invasion and occupation.
What about some "political pressure inside the country", unlike Ukraine, where there is a banal catching of men and forced mobilization, in Russia the army is replenished by volunteers. This is a big difference for understanding the morale of society and the army.
Russian conscripts serving in Ukraine has been widely reported, and there is nothing suggesting that information is inaccurate.
