I highly doubt that we might see either guest... certainly not unless Mr. Rogan decides formally to "endorse" one or the other.
I'm sure a Trump interview will be difficult, if not impossible to "manage," his expository style might just not be a fit for Rogan's interview style...
And as for Harris... it would be out of character for her to ever to be allowed to speak for more than a few minutes at a time... and Rogan would have to "shepherd" her incessantly, as her persona seems incapable of actually answering a question without superfluous flummery... something that Rogan would either have to challenge or risk losing a large chunk of his audience.
"Presidential" candidates do interviews for a reason... they are always "selling" something.
