Conspiracy Theorists are protected by law as well, it falls under the 1st Amendment of the US Constitution. It's both a Freedom of speech thing as well as a freedom of the press thing. The public needs to know and discuss these issues. That attacks on the -Q- movement by Congress as well as the full blown attack on Pizzagate by main stream media and alphabet agencies was a clear violation of that right, and the abuse keeps going on.
I would bet that the CIA is the ones behind this social brainwashing which would explain why Chinese platforms are constantly being allowed to subvert the American media platforms.
