it just determines who's better at it.
Bottom line ... pretty much all of them stink, it's just
varying degrees of stench.
(and that goes for foreign leaders as well, it's not just
an American POTUS thing)
So Trump is slightly better than most of them, but they're just as corrupt even though they weren't as successful at the corruption?
We're starting a conflict right now a lot of the inner circle has direct business interests with, but it's morally righteous?
We're using our military for the agenda of foreign nations who are enriching our politicians, and that's good?
