In the case of the Royal courts and the American legal system... we are brethren... we "can" speak the same language because we came to the same understandings, at the same times and places in history;... it makes us very much the same overall.

To arrest him they need a reasonable belief that an offence had been committed (IE the Epstein emails) but this allowed them to carry out searches.
