We've got 2 people on a house "taskforce" subcommittee that are supposed to hand over a report in December. Seems like a pretty weak response to an attempted assassination of a former President and Candidate. I think we got longer and more in-depth investigations for Jennifer Flowers, Paula Jones, the Pee Pee tapes, and the Russian Dossier.
Yes, it is kind of disappointing... but not surprising that the 'corpus' of the establishment prefers to "produce" narratives over actually "reporting" facts to the people. "Appearances are everything" politicians often resound, as if it were a mantra of "success." That fact is usually where I hang my hat on resistance to "official" narratives offered up by the establishment or their "appointed" lap dogs and "contracted" media servants (let alone politicians themselves.)
Interestingly, there has yet to appear what I had expected... the usual "conspiracy theorist" negative trope... I expected much more open and direct media 'echoes' of the admonishment to "the public" to "not listen to that voice from slimy basement dwellers living off their parents largesse." Sadly (for them,) the group of people who DO scrutinize the event are not confrontable that way, it might seem. We are now so often correct that it is counter-productive to pretend you rely on "branding" conspiracy theorists.
Insofar as the Trump assassination attempt, if you were here at the time, you would have quickly realized that you were better informed than almost ANY talking head out there.
