The platform couldn't handle the traffic for DeSantis or Trump (unlike some of the popular livestreamers.) It's also poorly moderated. I'd have refused it, myself.
(as many other tech folks pointed out, the idea that there was a DDOS attack didn't make sense. A DDOS attack would have hit ALL of Twitter - not just the Trump/Musk stream.)
