Ok, now I understand the Letitia James case. 

LJ was committing the exact same "crime" which she accused Trump of, the misrepresentation of her HUD form. We already know about that ironic twist, but the real story blows up like a nuke.]

Sure she took the favouable terms of claiming it as primary residence, but it's in Virginia....making her ineligible to hold office as NYAG!!!

So she has to choose one or the other; the AG seat or let her sworn statement inculpate her into federal prison. 

I couldn't even make this stuff up, but ya know....the first arrest will shock the world.

Well... that's the basic tale... but in the media narrative we will see a wide spectrum of 'sensational' takes on this.

Moral:

This particular AG (by no means an exception in her world) is no different 
than the world around... it's not a crime if you're "getting away with it."

But it doesn't really tell us who "set her on this mission," it clearly was... 

No doubt they'll take care of her, should she fall as a valiant partisan soldier...
... and why shouldn't they? I can think of a few reasons they should.

Beware most media narratives... they very often contain poison.
You may be able to filter out... but that's not who the reports are for.

He might think he's being a professional politician and activist... championing... what is it now?

Does it matter to him?  Why now? Why not before with other such exilees?

I would suspect he needs 'news-cycle' relevancy... here we are....

But 'instant' passion is a "thing" with career politicians...
and the media loves passion... so flexible!

It also smacks of parallel construction, perhaps. What do they know that they can't say? I don't like to speculate, because it seems like making "excuses", but it is strange that they're being so adamant.

Lot of talk that members of Congress have used MS13 in the mast for hits. Maybe that's why this guy is needed to be in the US and not in a place where he could use what he knows as a bargaining chip. 

Let's not forget MS13 was originally blamed for trying to rob Seth Rich, up until that rumor disappeared. Wonder if MS13 was the shooters and the hit being blamed on MS13 was just tying up loose ends that didn't need it.
