Not trying to shoot holes in anyone's theory here.  I just noticed the numbers 1170 and realized that if you put them in date format it's 1/1/70 which is known as the epoch.

If you're unfamiliar, this date was chosen as a point to start tracking time and is widely used in Unix and other operating systems.  For example, if you're doing some sort of date math, many folks will convert them into a numerical format that is the number of seconds since the epoch.

Does it tie in?  I can't say but it is interesting that you've found a number that is used as the starting point to measure time.

Paragraph 1- 2 lines. 22 words. We have book comms...
"Library to load up on more books. I was aware that she read a lot and seemed to know something about everything."

Paragraph 2...we have a lot of 2's #2222- It has 9 lines. [11] [98] words.

Then there was the notation in the book 'Disease X' that people who had the Spanish flu turned "Blue."
From "Disease X" Page 18, Line 7 " How many memorials have been built to those who fell victim to this novel virus which infected their cells, flooded their lungs and turned their skin blue." 

Now we have this " The other one slept in in a nearby bedroom where everything from walls to curtains was pale blue." Light from the street and passing cars painted eerie shadows in that blue room."

Chapter 3 -11 lines. 122 lines.

Paragraph 4 has 6 lines. 59 words. 

Paragraph 5 has 5 lines.
Line 1 has 14 words.
Line 2 has 11 words

Line 5 has 11 words.

The last paragraph has an odd vibe-
"It's quiet except the slapping of cards on the table,  a frenzy of

Thanks for that info. Somehow all of this is connected in some way.
Billy is numerical code on steroids.

I noticed on the side jacket of "Source Code" it has "Bill Gates >> Source Code' in black against a white background. This has the feelz of VV- #2222.

For all of these pages to line up, along with the paragraphs/ lines/ words, I just am speculating but i wonder if he did some coding to make it all come together. It's just a little too neat.

These same numbers are littered all over the book "Disease X" and "How to Prevent the Next Pandemic."

Well... that's the basic tale... but in the media narrative we will see a wide spectrum of 'sensational' takes on this.

Moral:

This particular AG (by no means an exception in her world) is no different 
than the world around... it's not a crime if you're "getting away with it."

But it doesn't really tell us who "set her on this mission," it clearly was... 

No doubt they'll take care of her, should she fall as a valiant partisan soldier...
... and why shouldn't they? I can think of a few reasons they should.

Beware most media narratives... they very often contain poison.
You may be able to filter out... but that's not who the reports are for.

There plenty of examples where the cast is carefully scripted to take a fall. She sure seems like one of the be(a)st.
