The state doesn’t become great by becoming a welfare nanny state spending itself into destitution.

Rubbish. Look at your own country. It is allegedly the most wealthy militarily powerful country in the world and it got there while at the same time having significant social security, government subsidized healthcare, public schools and funded civic infrastructure such as libraries and halls.

Also, all of the wealthiest countries have significant social spending.

A country becomes great when all its citizen work to be good stewards.  

Good stewardship is being wise with money and does not imply only being tight fisted. Let me use a parable of Jesus to illustrate:

For it is just like a man going on a journey, who called his stewards and entrusted them with his possessions. To one he gave five talents (a talent was a large sum of money), to another two talents, and to another one talent— each according to his own ability. And he went on his journey.

The steward who had received the five talents went at once and put them to work and gained five more. Likewise, the one with the two talents gained two more. But the stewars who had received the one talent went off, dug a hole in the ground, and hid his master’s money.

After a long time the master returned to settle accounts with them. The steward who had received the five talents came and presented five more. ‘Master,’ he said, ‘you entrusted me with five talents. See, I have gained five more.’

His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Enter into the joy of your master!’

Not the crony capitalism both parties are guilty of.  And allowing drug cartels to have free rein, safe harbors, and open borders to take advantage of.

Which has nothing to do with the reality that ICE is targeting the most violent of the illegal aliens.  And it scares you that there are those that see you whitewashing the reality for political theater.  So you have to shout and spam. While ICE is removing violent criminals.

The statistics reveal that 71.7% of those detained by ICE have had no previous criminal record. That isn't targeting "the worst of the worst" by a long way.

The pandemic was costly. Subsequently, New Zealand's economy struggled (just like the USA's economy did post Trump's first term).

In New Zealand, years previously, we had a centre-right government under a Prime Minister with significant economic smarts, banking and exchange dealing room success (John Key), and so, after Ardern stepped down after the pandemic, it was believed that the same centre-right party (National Party) would be able to lift the country out of the economic doldrums. However, the new blood in the National Party had lost their previous economists and spent time placating the two further right-wing parties with whom it was in coalition government, and wasted its time renaming government departments and working against the NZ Native populace claims and rights.

That is why NZ didn't pull out of the economic downturn.

It is unlikely that the National Party will be re-elected unless they actually do something to sort out the economy before the next election.

The problem is, there are everything from organized crime to those willing to scam and defraud the government.

What’s that saying.  It’s that 10 percent that ruin everything.  Fact is, there are always those who are evil, willing to do evil for evil sake. 


A country can have a genuine good heart and still have its gangs and Epstein’s.  And no matter how many social programs a country has will change that.  And to post otherwise is a lie.

Even New Zealand has the worst of the worst.




While you ignore ICE is trying to remove the drug pushers to child rapists.  

One hast to ask why are democrats soft on crime and fraud in their own cities and states.  Why were illegal allies already with violent crime histories let into the USA unchecked.

The Democrats know if they let illegals stay they will vote for them. That's why they push to give drivers license, social security numbers and fast track them to citizenship. 

If someone is giving you free stuff, you're going to vote for whatever party keeps giving it to you.

If your country embraced people who want to participate in it, it would become greater.

If our country allowed in everyone who wanted to come in, we would DISAPPEAR.
A country can only absorb just so many new people and stay solvent and strong.
The illegals are, by far, mostly poor and uneducated and non english speaking
and suck off our tax payers.
They want free stuff at the expense of those who do the work.
Letting in tens of millions of them would not make us greater.

The United States, of course has 34 times the land area of New Zealand and so could probably support a population of a couple of billion,

   We already have too many people.   That would destroy our farmlands, fill up cities and towns with massive landfills for trash, overwhelm our sewer systems, destroy our forests and open spaces, wipe out our wildlife that would have nowhere to go and no food to eat, pollute our air with their cars and pollute our water, fill the beaches and ski slopes and every other space with human bodies ... etc etc.

A couple billion people living here.   What a disgusting notion.

At approximately 3:09 a.m. EDT, Piedmont Henry Medical Center staff pronounced him deceased.
