Jacques Vallee states (in the video above) the best remote viewer, in his opinion/experience, is Joseph McMonegle. Joseph McMonegle stated:

Now I will turn on my skeptical side only because I want to find the real truth and not be drawn into what I want to believe to be true.

The article below explains how remote viewers can deceive anybody, as McMonegle stated above, that 98% of psychics are kooks. Or, rather, the 98% of psychics he met or researched he thought were kooks, but with psychic and remote viewing abilities, in my experience, vary depending on the person and conditions at play. Psychics know that whatever knowledge is given isn't always clear to the seer but may be understood only by others, but even then they may not understand the message.

The believers, like most of us, watching and listen to this stuff. The general populace who don’t consider it much, if ever, won’t see this type of thing or even care about it. THEY are the ones disclosure needs to reach, not really us. I’m happy to meet with aliens anytime. I don’t think they would be a threat to me at all. If I’m wrong it would be over pretty quickly, but I don’t see it as an issue.

So much of this stuff is just preaching to the converted and the almost converted. It is doing literally nothing to the 95% of the world that doesn’t give a damn.
