That's me sorted for tonight... cheers, Jbird, I love that kind of stuff and it helps appreciate a show/movie even more.

The traditional way to enjoy Stargate was always just watch a random one and use your top squishy think meat thing to connect the parts of the different stories unfolding across the series.

It's really a special thing when you find that one you missed and have that profound experience of getting some answers finally

We could not get into SG 1. A bit too, I dunno, hokey? And we like Outer Limits :D

I like SG 1.

Babylon 5 was fabulous.

Blake's 7 was good, in it's day but hasn't aged well and the special effects weren't exactly special.

We are watching Fringe now. It's pretty good . Got the whole series DVD box like only $25 at a flea market .woohoo.
Will have to check out Babylon 5!

Oh I remember that show! I love the "spot the Observer" mini-game. They appear in each episode, you know, sometimes for only a frame or two.

Its very well done , so far.
Its not great writing like X-files, but its close.
All the Xfiles crew went to Breaking Bad, it that shows.

I think if you are a fan of the movie, like myself, you are missing out not watching the original series.

I am actually rewatching it for the 3rd time.
I love it.
Although P'd off about amazon adding commercials to it.
