#BREAKING:

New video footage has emerged that appears to show three new things we didn't know before:

1) It appears from the new footage that the man who was shot, ASSAULTED A WOMAN

2) It is now very clear that a federal agent sees something that makes him QUICKLY pull his weapon

3) It is clear the man is still fighting and moving after we hear the first shot fire... so it's very unclear who fired the first shot

What I haven't seen is anything in any video—such as a flash or ejected brass—that gives visual indication of accidental discharge. There is what seems to be a rapid reorientation of the person holding it, coincident with the first gunshot, but that is absolute not anything conclusive.

I'm actually waiting for the official report, myself.

But my OPINION, is that play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

There is a big write up about the guy on kstp.com. 

I do not trust the media, politicians or anyone in authority to tell me the truth.

What I can tell everyone is that when you have hundreds of morons making noise, causing distractions, multiple assailants engaging ICE agents, it is difficult to understand what happened or make sense of it.

There were non ice agents in the mix. One of them could just as easily have taken a shot and every officer would have responded accordingly. There is a lot of potential for civil strife. More so for martial law which could be coming soon. There are a lot of mentally ill people in Minnesota. Many of them paid protesters.
