in such a manner that both China and Russia are left dumbstruck.

We do agree on that, but the way America thinks it can illegally strike other countries for its resources goes against international law. The acting President there now wants to collaborate with Trump, although she really has no choice in the matter from my point of view. If it was about drugs then he would be invading Mexico, where the worst of the worst drugs come.
