Yea man, we do have a drug problem, and have had one for many decades. We've also had a war on drugs since the 80's, and incarcerate more people than any other nation on earth. That isn't more in prison per capita more than everyone else, it's more in prison total. That's right, we beat China on that metric.

Oh, and our soldiers defended the poppy fields in Afghanistan by order of the government. That was when they were the number one opium producer in the world, right after our populace got overprescribed oxy by their doctors and got hooked.

But sure, we're going to try this the way we always have, even though it's never actually fixed the problem.

They all do selective editing, it's up to you and me to weed through that muck or go find independent investigative reporting - which I mostly do. Biden labeled him as such in 2020 and put a warrant out for his arrest.

Biden was outspoken against drug cartels but never identified Maduro specifically.

The DOJ in 2020 charged Maduro with conspiracy to organize shipments of cocaine from Columbia for distribution to the USA.
