Who cares, it’s the same thing.
Killed because he wanted a country, continent not controlled by the US$

I get death threats just from posting online.

God forbid I should run for office.

Just wait till it's the shadow people they are sending after you for having an opinion.  Lol

Namely blind obedience

People may be required to sacrifice certain liberties or privileges like privacy, autonomy, freedom of travel, right to ownership or any restrictions or limitations the system may require to maintain security and functionality

I consider this a hefty price

But considering we're already under surveillance and they've been chipping away at our liberties for decades

I realize most people couldn't care less

Sounds a lot like "democrat" socialism.

 Lol Lol Lol
You must develop the ability to be disliked in order to free yourself from the prison of other people's opinions.

Yeah, it does

Unless, of course, Conservatives sell it as a necessity for national security

Then it becomes Patriotism

The dems mandated the clot shot for “national security”.
That mandate did more damage than covid.
You’d be wise to not forget it.

I'll keep that in mind

The party has everyone in the party to choose from who want to run.   Then the party picks their candidate.   Then the candidates of choice from each party are in the general election.    And it usually boils down to a choice of the two because those two are the biggest parties.

America has a dozen parties to choose from from.    And the choices that are running in each party have been chosen by the people of each party voting/deciding on who they want.

Although there are dozens of alternates to the big two, if they are never even mentioned, and have no political representation, they may as well not even exist in the first place. It's all pantomime of democracy.

I would expect at least thousands of different views and political requirements of such a large population in so many disparate situations.

The whole bipartisan system is clearly rooted in 1700's politics and has little relevance to supporting the individual needs of all citizens. You don't deal with different needs by just ignoring them, and then think you are being 'fair'.

Your republic is broken and antiquated. You have already been through one civil war where you fought against yourselves!

Most other countries in the world have now changed their political systems peacefully and intelligently without all the disruption and dying.

You think you'd have gotten the message by now?

The USA is a crazy uncivilized throw-back where the strongest and richest dominate tyrannically.
Support the Christchurch Call

This is what communists call free market capitalism.
