I particularly like the above organization chart; I have always placed the IPCC quite high on the influential/controlling arm, and am glad to see it so visually depicted.   We may be well into a point where the IPCC is not just integral to the transfer/control of huge amounts of money, but setting the policies which do so as directed by those above them.

I don't know if DARPAs new Generative Optogenetics project is directly tied to tokenization but since their goal is programmable DNA, there might be correlation with humans becoming tokenized assets

My solution to avoid Tokenization will be diametrically opposed to the "super rich" model:   

I intend to refuse.   That's it.  Nothing complex.   
but, they'll make it so you can't buy anything without being part of it!
If so, they will do it by force.  I don't expect to live long enough to see it come to head at any rate.
trust me, bro, they will TAKE your money if you don't comply!

They will put you in jail if you don't capitulate!
