Smart Nano Dust To Blanket Major Cities?
#1
Quote from Dr Strangelove Schwab - author of 'Shaping The Future Of The Fourth Industrial Revolution'.

Thought there was some pretty eye opening speculation being discussed in this short interview below regarding potential plans for smart nanoparticle dust to blanket major cities - Ryan Cristian also covers some rather disturbing DARPA tech, existing patents and speculates about endgames.

Would be interested in opinions on the vid and for folks who want to delve deeper into dystopian horror tech then this presentation also discusses weaponized neurotechnology causing 'morbidity, disfunction or mortality' as well as high morbidity neuro-biologic agents, nano neuro-particulates and (almost undetectable) aerosolised robotic nano-swarms.

Specific DARPA programmes which involve real time, remote access and manipulation of the brain are also brought up as well as 'trans cranial neuro modulation' (so probably no accident on DARPA's 'behind the scenes' involvement in Neuralink).

2014 interview with 'futurologist' Dr. Oskar Villani.

• 'Hundreds of Surveillance Chips in a Handshake'

Quote:It appears that it is possible to transfer tiny chips, which are hardly visible to the naked eye, to other people with a handshake – it is no longer even necessary to implant microchips to monitor people.

On July 1, 2014, the futurologist Oskar Villani was a guest on German television program “Heute Konkret”. The nearly 5-minute interview begins with Villani shaking hands with presenter Claudia Reiterer and then telling her that he has now transferred several hundred microchips to her, which can now be used to monitor her for up to 14 days and read a wide variety of data.

These tiny chips are called “Smart Dust,” hundreds of them can be “transferred” with a simple handshake. DARPA, a military research facility of the US Department of Defense, was significantly involved in the development. Villani also reported there is a way to use Smart Dust to monitor our brains.
