My attempted fun threads tend to get ignored for all the other things I say, or others say, except the Trump bitching one and the philosophy one.
I also hate the song "My Sharona." I used to mock it and think "what kind of nonsense thing is that? Like, what the hell is a Sharona?"
And then somewhere around 2007 I ended feeling really bad about it when Alice Cooper said on his radio show that Sharona is the actual name of the lead singer's wife and they were still together.
It's like being mean to someone for something you heard and finding out it wasn't true. But it still really is a terrible song.
So to on topic.
I really like Type O Negative, but their covers? They tend to just make classic songs as depressing or inverted as possible. I get the irony, but Summer Breeze isn't supposed to make you want to die.
