Why I support Russia and China now

Look at Burkina Faso, France raped and pillaged the country for decades, Russia are now supporting the independent government and France has been kicked out 
That has to be a good thing, no? 
Sending money, training troops, not suggesting altruism, just supporting a developing country.
Of course the Russians have an agenda, never suggested they didn’t
At least Russia aren’t flat out destroying the countries economy

Pointing to French colonial abuses doesn't make Russian involvement beneficial.

France's history in Burkina Faso is exploitative.

But Russia isn't supporting the country out of goodwill.

The Kremlin's strategy in Africa(via Wagner) or its successors typically involves military help for mining rights, political influence, and dodgy deals that drain resources rather than build economies.

Reports from multiple African states show increased repression, human rights abuses.

And replacing one external power with another doesn't equal independence.

Far from it, all it achieves is to shift dependency.

Claiming Russia isn't harming the economy is naive in the extreme.

So, educate me 
Once upon a time, I stood in awe of the US, maybe that was their involvement in WW2, who knows. To much John Wayne
I thought they were the good guys
Now, all I see is the US pushing agendas, “we will loan you money, at cost but, we also expect you to push these “woke” agendas” .
(Not just the US, EU as well)
I could link plenty of references but, just playing for the moment, if you don’t know, you don’t know, don’t play

Anyway, now I see both Russia and China lending money, giving money, building infrastructure in Third World or developing economies with no strings.
Yes of course their are strings, everyone who gives away money has strings, expectations
But, no political strings, no brutal financial burdens and absolutely no woke agendas to get the aid
So, if you know, what am I seeing/saying is wrong, be grateful for an education
Now, no personal feelings, no msm sensationalism.

Wounded Russian soldiers who can't walk without crutches sent back to the battle front to die instead of being able to convalesce ... There are so many things and stories of abuse out of Russia I really am surprised you are unaware of all the Russian's who have criticized  Putin's regime that end up with a free flying lesson out of a 10 story high-rise window (Bring your own Wings).

China's Belt and Road is nothing but a debt trap for countries that take a loan and then can not pay back the loan. Many new Chinese ports are gained that way.  They promise to hire locals and use local materials but then import the workers from China and cheap Chinese substandard materials to do a job that will not last...

I could actually write pages about all the empty Chinese promises that have been proven false but why don't you ask someone from Hong Kong or several other countries that are currently kicking the Chinese and their Belt and Road projects  out of their countries because of the lies and shoddy construction projects. Also China always wants to restrict any internet usage to only CCP approved information. Nothing unusual about that as even the Bullies in Brussels are trying to do the same thing. .

At the end of the day I suppose it's better to live under the illusion of democracy than the jackboot.
