I hate that people war on each other...
I accept that it must be something a nation can deal with... being among other nations.
And so they make ready....
I wonder if the people are averse to this act... and if that matters to the leaders at all.
I can't say who is right and wrong, I can't say who should or shouldn't prevail...
I have no theories of why thing are like this...
Only a hypothesis: The avoidance of war should be the top priority of defense.
The casualties and damage can be accounted for... but the loss of people cannot... because it cannot be accounted for... the pretend it doesn't exists... it's an externalize... a "number."
Never once to they account for
how many big brothers were killed,
how many excellent violinists,
how many genuinely good people,
how many mothers, (and are we eve allowed to acknowledge the traditional concept of "mother"?)
how many skilled artisans,
how many farmers,
how many children....
... It was just 400 people... no big deal.
But we gotta love modern media.
