As things are progressing (even after a pause during this presidency) the woke crowd might take back over and then... An Android who wants to have babies and offering the Borg Tea and Crumpets when they arrive ...

Do you really think aliens care about human politics?

As an OP goes, this fucking rocks!

 Lol Lol Lol
You must develop the ability to be disliked in order to free yourself from the prison of other people's opinions.

So, how do we exploit our lowly status...

When we finally get off this rock more than just barely touching space, they are going to attack or run away in fear. Humanity will spread like a virus if they don't wipe us out.
I know too much and question everything.
Does anyone know the minimum safe distance of ignorance?
Did anyone ask the monkeys how much fun the barrel actually was?

I have been to that ET Beef Jerky store. Maybe the cow mutilations have something to do with this.

Billy Meier (believe him or not) -- wouldn't keep his mouth shut -- so the off-planet beings left.

What about the nuclear rocket silos?  Supposedly they were mysteriously disabled.

Hostility doesn't seem to be the intent.

Although -- I do wonder what they think of our violent portrayals of them.

You make good points.   Dr. John Mack. whom you might remember conducted dozens of hypnosis interviews with abductees, paints a picture of beings that aren't so much malevolent, as they seem without compassion, at least from a human perspective.   Of course, you might compare them to humans darting and tagging wild beasts for the purpose of tracking them and their movements, and imagining the terror of the animals.

Also, you may remember from ATS's AMA series, Sgt. Clifford Stone, who seemed more fearful of our government than the EBEs, however he told of several species that were malevolent, and several that were benevolent.    I think nature must be like that:  Good and bad creatures, in the reference parameters of "good" being those which didn't prey upon other species.    In that measurement data set, humans would have to be classified as "not good".

I suppose it depends upon the point of perspective.   To the fish we ate for dinner, we are evil beings.

You do know that's got book or movie potential...

I have no doubt we are a virus, and the Galactic Federation has been fearing our escape since Roswell

This book might help with distinguishing good from bad aliens. I am not sure what to make of this book but its more then I knew before reading it.
