Do you have some kind of paranormal ability?

What can you do that no one else around you seems to be able to do?  Do you have an ability that you can't explain, but that you have verified at least through your own experience?

Here's mine:  I can walk into a building and I can tell if there is an evil spirit there.  This has been verified many times through subsequent conversations with building occupants, homeowners, etc.    Other people who have been with me visiting a place for the first time often get NOTHING, but when I mention to the building's occupants that I sense a spirit, they inevitably talk about their own experiences which appear to corroborate my first impression.

I literally absorb other people's pain and distress.

I often fall very sick with flu-like seasons after hugging people at funerals or when they are under a strong emotion.

I am still looking how to deal with this and protect myself, as it can be very debilitating. Recommendations on this are super welcome.

It is something real.

It is something real.

Yes, I know a person like that.  She has to stay away from people to a certain extent.  She employs some meditation techniques to dampen the intensity, but she's not open about sharing the details.

Prayer and meditation are what I suggest.

I can also walk into a building and feel the energy whether it be good or evil.  Sometimes its beacuse of a specific living person who is also there. I have also felt the crazy energy inside me above the heart when a soul passes nearby.  Well over a dozen times.  The first dozen was in the then Buffalo General Hospital in 2009 when I had a major stroke as I witnessed  many deaths in other nearby rooms. I felt that energy but I blew it off as I thought it was just nerves or the drugs I was on from the stroke. But, the day my Father In Law died in December 2011, I felt it again in his chair during lunch in his home with my wife and sister in law. The sister in law also felt it. I havent had an experience like that since. Then we have Sleep Paralysis since age 7. Well over 600 + episodes to date over my lifetime. My last was in January 2022 when I asked in my mind; "Jesus, please help me" . My deja vu stopped over thirty years ago.  It used to be so often I would avoid certain meetings or saying things. I can also remote view via on the telephone or by texting with another Empath.

Ah yes, but even Jesus said that Spiritual stuff aka as "bullshit" is tough to discern as being false or truthful. Just like at the "disclosure" crud.

I am  just a regular guy, who chooses to consciously serve the light as best I can, and push the darkness  out with words (they carry energy) to help enlighten people to see better. I don't think of it as a power at all. I just think of it as fully utilizing the capabilities of our  minds and our innate connection to all life and elements of the universe. Everyone is capable, they simply must remember and then choose to take that path.

May I recommend reading the Gospel of Truth?? It is only one part of the Nag Hammadi, but a very important and well written part.
