Start with relaxing your face, jaw then go up and over your head and down relaxing everything to your feet. Don't sink down...the order of things doesn't actually matter, just what you can control. you might get small localized muscles spasm that you are dissociated from and interpret it as movement. ears also has muscles inside them.
