Want to learn how to meditate?
#1
Want to know the mechanics of meditation and how quantum physics plays a pivotal role? Our ancestors always talked about the spirit world and used plants to induce hallucinations to see into that world. If you ever took hallucinating drugs you would have seen without actually knowing that you are seeing the quantum side of reality. That wave or melting visuals is actually the wavey side of the quantum realm. The most powerful hallucinogen lies within our brain called DMT. DMT is responsible for our sense of time more DMT means times goes slowly and less DMT means time goes faster. Ot is also responsible for our visuals when dreaming as DMT floods the brain when we sleep. DMT as we age the brain produces less and less and our sense of time speeds up as we grow older. In order to meditate you need to release DMT by tricking the mind into thinking that it has gone to sleep but you are still conscious. This is why meditation is done in a sitting position so that you don't fall asleep. When in a meditative state you have to learn to become the observer as any attempt to use the brain higher functions will snap you out of the mediation. Using this technique you can become as the Buddhists would say become one with the universe. It's a lot more nuanced but that's the gist of it. Have fun trying and if you find that after a few hrs nothing has happened and what a waste of time don't fret it's just the meditative equivalence of going to bed and not being able to fall asleep

Yeah my mate called it the cheeky monkey. I think you need to tire the body out so your body craves sleep to make it easier to meditate . If you don't have trouble sleeping it shouldn't be a problem to meditate the trick is to sleep whilst in a sitting position. I must admit I know how it works but I too find it difficult just wished I knew this when I was young probably would have found it easier to do then rather than my current age of 53

You are a genius. I have been sleeping too much.

Have you got any good mediation on the stars? I'm thinking to fly from Canopus to Sirius and doing some kind of CE5 protocol. There is a highway and Canopus acts as a navigation star.

So have you become one with the universe Atermis?

Or is it just a fleeting buzz?
