Want to know the mechanics of meditation and how quantum physics plays a pivotal role? Our ancestors always talked about the spirit world and used plants to induce hallucinations to see into that world. If you ever took hallucinating drugs you would have seen without actually knowing that you are seeing the quantum side of reality. That wave or melting visuals is actually the wavey side of the quantum realm. The most powerful hallucinogen lies within our brain called DMT. DMT is responsible for our sense of time more DMT means times goes slowly and less DMT means time goes faster. Ot is also responsible for our visuals when dreaming as DMT floods the brain when we sleep. DMT as we age the brain produces less and less and our sense of time speeds up as we grow older. In order to meditate you need to release DMT by tricking the mind into thinking that it has gone to sleep but you are still conscious. This is why meditation is done in a sitting position so that you don't fall asleep. When in a meditative state you have to learn to become the observer as any attempt to use the brain higher functions will snap you out of the mediation. Using this technique you can become as the Buddhists would say become one with the universe. It's a lot more nuanced but that's the gist of it. Have fun trying and if you find that after a few hrs nothing has happened and what a waste of time don't fret it's just the meditative equivalence of going to bed and not being able to fall asleep
