They seem similar if to the 2004 tic tac incidents and 2014,

there was some speculation then that that was what it was.

US tech film these years apart in same area.

if they are human made, I would guess China. For many reasons pointed out in videos about those incidents it’s unlike they are ours.

We need more of these releases. It is an alien craft alright...flying saucer to be precise. One can tell an oval shape because the shot was taken slightly underneath of it.
FLIR is in IR, right? I wish we shown daylight normal footage which I'm sure the military has. But I am asking too much.

4 radar returns,

they caught it on this multi-modal system, apparently they recorded it with other recording systems, this is just the only thing leaked so far. 

all 4 craft took off very fast at exact same time.

Hey pianopraze.

I just enlarged the picture and it looks pixelated around those objects. Now why would that be? Does the FLIR system produce anomalies. What does that one witness mean by Safire within the FLIR system? Again, it's just one witness, a poor video, and no investigation from the military on that ship. Isn't that odd to you?

I know a little bit about the U.S. surveillance satellites, and if this was of any concern, that could have easily been tracked and identified, IMO. Or are they not watching the Cali coast or their expensive war ships?

Any way, if we want to learn about how war drone weapons are trending, we can look to Ukraine. On this video, their submersible drones look tic-tackish to me. It is also mentioned in the video that nobody knows Russia's progress with these types of drones. Just saying. Do we really think the U.S., with their exceptional satellite surveillance, knows nothing about this?
