taken from ship looking up.
It happened at night.
Multiple witnesses on the ship visually.
4 radar returns,
they caught it on this multi-modal system, apparently they recorded it with other recording systems, this is just the only thing leaked so far.
all 4 craft took off very fast at exact same time.
is it true, they emerged from the ocean?

I just enlarged the picture and it looks pixelated around those objects. Now why would that be? Does the FLIR system produce anomalies. What does that one witness mean by Safire within the FLIR system? Again, it's just one witness, a poor video, and no investigation from the military on that ship. Isn't that odd to you?
if I remember correctly from watching the video in my op this is someone with a phone recording the monitor of the system which is named in the video.
I think this is real military leak of the incident. They are real ufo. The footage is real
they could be China or USA craft that we don’t admit to haveing but this is real.

That is what was reported by service members to corbel and Knapp.
I don’t know if it’s true. But it is true that they emerged from the water is what Knapp and Corbel are reporting.
ufology is… I never assume anything is ‘true’… and my opinions are constantly shifting as new info comes in on each and every incident.

Thank you.
This would imply an underwater craft-controller which is hosting and releasing those drones.

I believe I’ve heard at least two say they thought what you just said.
i think Lou Elizondo is one, but my memory is very bad right now. The second might have been the admiral that’s whistleblowing? That is wild guess.

Oh, for sure, it's a type of military leak, but the question is What of?
I will keep on my skeptical hat for now.
Look at what Boeing and Convair are doing off the coast of Cali, and let's try to figure this out.
Also look to how Ukraine and Russia are developing 'flying submarine drones'.
I think we should debunk those first or envision what classified UAPs they may be developing.

I would suspect China. They already have drones capable of being launched from subs, these are small, see picture below, but I imagine they can create larger ones too.
but these are not going to fly as fast as the eyewitness accounts… but then again eyewitness accounts and reliability are… not used in the same sentence often.

I have dismissed it being shot out of a foreign player's submarine because with your satellite surveillance and military ship's surveillance, I really doubt any other country's submarine would not be detected.
However, I have not ruled out a flying submarine drone from another country that could travel across the Pacific Ocean.
Right now, I am leaning towards Convair developing a next gen military weapon capable of performing in many different environments, and/or Boeing with submersible flying surveillance drones.
