USA just sunk a drug boat from Venezuela
Obviously bad guys on the terrorist list
engaged in bad behavior.

Blow'd up.  I'm good with it.

Nope.

The government has intel that they gathered and it would be dangerous to expose that intel because it would expose our human assets that gathered the intel.   It would be adverse to our intelligence gathering to expose how we got the intel.  The government is under no obligation to give up that information or give up the procedures that gathered the information all to satisfy keyboard warriors on chat forums on the internet.
So Amnesty International wants an investigation into an anti-drug spec op that didn't happen....

Quote:Amnesty International (AI) called Thursday for an investigation into the US attack on a boat in the Caribbean, which left 11 people dead. The organization also questioned the use of force during the operation .
The United States must demonstrate, in every attack, that intentional lethal force was used only when strictly unavoidable to protect life ," said Daphne Eviatar, AI's US director of Security with Human Rights.
Otherwise, he warned, the action could represent a violation of the right to life under international human rights law and set a " dangerous precedent ," given that in this context the use of lethal force would lack justification .
The circumstances of the incident raise serious questions about the legality, accountability, and respect for international human rights law ," Eviatar added.

Quote:Attorney General Tarek William Saab questioned the authenticity of the US attack on a vessel from Venezuela in the Caribbean . He questioned whether the operation—which left 11 dead—should have sought to detain the vessel allegedly transporting drugs, rather than destroy it.
"If the incident had occurred, which it didn't, the first step was to try to stop, without destroying without prior combat, that alleged vessel, whose coordinates, where it came from, how it left, who was there, haven't been revealed. It's simply an animated video," Saab said.
The prosecutor warned that even in international operations against crime, there are "organizations" and "treaties" that require compliance with standards. He described as "extremely crude" and "unacceptable" the attempt to "use the supposed fight against drug trafficking" to "generate an internal implosion."

We don't have a date, time or location that can be independently verified. And if it was so important then why are they displaying what they do to the public?
Your asking the wrong questions and they know the most hardcore MAGA folks will not question a few dead terrorists. That has been proven on this very thread.
I don't fucking trust a goddamn thing that comes out of any governments bobbleheads and lap dogs. They are all compromised and have an agenda. And believe you me, that agenda is not for our safety. It's a distraction from other things and or a way to get another country to do something like say. Flay 2 f16 over a US Navy ship. That is a great way to drum up support for a full military intervention.
Think people
IAMTAT is here?

Now we've really done it..

The Trump administration knows every Tom, Dick, and Harry Democrat would love to catch them faking anything, including your delusional theory of the Gen Z Caribbean version of the Gulf of Tonkin.

So the US Navy takes out innocent civilians to cause a war with Maduro? That's the theory?

Yeah...things are definitely gonna get ugly now.
Last night, Maduro sent two F-15s to buzz a US Arleigh Burke-class destroyer as a provocation.

We graciously decided to let them live.

The US doesn't answer to Amnesty International.

Terrorists are not human, how can they have human rights to fight for?
