No, you don't.

And people have a right to express and pray and any riot to stop that is an infringement on their 1st Amendment rights.

Indeed you do.

How wasteful of me to reply to you with so many words.

Wouldn't it be interesting if all the synagogues and mosques were zoned to be right next to each other, like those Taco Bell + Pizza Huts?

You must learn to live together in an inclusive society, people.

There's a reason you separate military and the police. One fights the enemies of the state, the other serves and protects the people. When the military becomes both, then the enemies of the state tend to become the people. - Commander William Adama

And any attempt to stop people's self-expression by non-violently stopping others from their self-expression is also an infringement of their 1st amendment rights.

And now we get to the issue of the very 1st of the supreme list of US laws is so poorly written that it can be used applied to both the case and counter case. The law specifically written to allow political protest to be espoused in public, is used to gag it.

And the 2nd, which urges citizens to take up arms against their government if at any stage they decide the government has become a 'tyranny' (a statutorily undefined term) is similarly so poorly written that it will be argued what it actually is supposed to mean forever.

F'ing jeenyus.

You build a country on such scribblings, then you pretend it's the best that humanity can achieve, and you can't even see how very few other countries have ever gone to war against themselves!

It's absurdist comedy, not a basis for just and fair government.

Rioters don't have the right to infringe on others rights.

It;s common sense.
