PC thinks it's anti-terrorism training, while I think it's the 'new normal' of the militarization of police to control opposition/protesters to suppress, intimidate, escalate tensions, and ultimately to be able to use military-type excessive force without accountability. I do not consider legal protesting as domestic terrorism.

It's all types of states that sent police and other branches of law enforcement to learn what some deem as 'worst practices' which will most definitely be used now against legal protesters who are being labelled and demonized as domestic terrorists. It's disgusting.

You do know that police and "riot police" are the same police correct? Yes, some cities have a special squad of police specifically for that but most are jsut regular offices in riot gear.

Yes, there are large cities here that have phenomenal training facilities in state. They're not the ones sending cops to Israel to "train". 

What do any of your questions have to do with Blue cities sending police to Israel to train in "anti-terrorism"?
