Welcome to the self-righteous club of DI! along with that award you earn the title of the most DI member ever.  One must wonder why you are here, unless it is to pummel people.

I am denying ignorance, nothing more. I don't want to pummel you in any way shape or form. The site is called 'Deny Ignorance' and if I see it, should I not call it out? I also have an opinion, we all do and I do say what I think.  I can be wrong, in fact I dont mind being corrected as it means I have learned something.

I am not self righteous at all. I also don't have a problem with the idea of a UFO being disguised as, or mistaken for a comet. The behaviour of comets is still up for grabs to some extent.

It's the ' we think we own the universe' sort of stuff and other generic claims that I find unhelpful...and dare I say 'ignorant' lol. I am not against you at all.

You might wonder why I bother commenting as I seem negative. I have been interested in the topic of UFOs since childhood and I am old now and have heard and seen it all. My son saw a UFO about half a dozen years ago and I have no reason to disbelieve him or anyone else regarding that experience. If and when an alien race decides to contact us I'm hopeful that they will find a better way than anecdotal tales and random people. I can think of better ways lol.

Do respect your comments there and yes the ETH is just one of many different opinions about origin - would say that, as well as 'anecdotal' (sometimes multiple separately located) witness testimony there's also ground trace evidence, electromagnetic interference evidence, radar/visual confirmation evidence, human physiological evidence and probably loads of other 'actuality' factors that I can't think of right now.

Would say that (whatever these things are) if you or your son want to know what world governments actually think about the subject then this book is a winner.

It deals solely with internal communiques on the UFO/OVNI/UAP subject and would (eventually) be interested in your feedback on it.

No planets have been found that can sustain life and no one has thought they 'owned' the universe. Just saying stuff doesn't make it true. You haven't 'failed' in a mission either, it's all just fantasy and delusion, perhaps that sort of thing does get passed down to susceptible offspring. Who can say?

I'm glad you have a book planned and wish you success. I don't see it as being harmful as it will slide in with all the others and be ineffectual in the grand scheme of things. You might think I'm having a go at you but I'm not. I just like to be upfront and honest. The truth is that you have nothing to offer other than 'comets are spaceships', the rest has all been said in spades. What an absolutely absurd 'mission'!

I don't think the human race has random people in regards to DNA/evolutionary breeding. Our DNA is very much a mixed bag and we are more related that we think we are and maybe the aliens know more about this than we do. If we are to believe that they  have a hybridization program, then we could maybe understand that any person they contact for this program would have the DNA required.

I think the cattle mutilation nonsense began with the secret testing of cattle for possible radiatin contamination from nuclear tests. That's why the unmarked black helicopters were used.

Regarding 'alien abduction', Betty and Barney have a lot to answer for! Ever since then the fantasists have had a field day. No doubt there are people who genuinely believe they were abducted but chances are it's something psychologically subjective.

Let's face it, we live in an open air asylum. Just look around you at what people believe about almost anything.

Regarding 'stopped clocks', that might be a real phenomana due to advanced tech but most likely, in most cases, it's all sort of Uri Gellerish.

People promote the line that it's all being covered up by governments when in reality it's the governments that secretly keep the whole thing going. It's a useful lie that was begun at Roswell and has continued unabated ever since.

I see black helecopters down here in South Carolina. They fly around like its the end of the world so they may be sniffing for a NUKE device?  OK, I yield on the cows but what about Crop Circles and dont give us that karp about hippies with boards on their feet. Alien abduction you also poo poo? Have you ever had Sleep Paralysis? I have since age 7 along with visitations of this 7' tall hooded DEMON. I stopped it back in 2019. Many others also have see it as records go back to China around 500 BC.

I have had sleep paralysis. The last time was a long time ago and it was a scary experience. As i lay desperately trying to move a muscle I was aware of a heavy ponderous figure walking back and forth beside me. Even now I sometimes wonder if that figure is what I will have to face when I pop my clogs.

It used to be that crop circles were simple affairs. Just a circle in a field which could have been explained as weather phenomena or some such. I don't see hippies with boards, although there might have been some of that going on.
They have increased in complexity but nothing that we can't do with a little ingenuity and modern techniques. You might say something like, explain this one then, which I might not be able to do but that doesn't suggest aliens to me. There are too many tricksters and fraudsters around all this stuff. I also can't think of one good reason why an alien species would bother with taht nonsense. It's all too human.

Alien abductions I regard as a subjective affair and I haven't seen a single returnee return with anything useful to say about anything. I view demon visitation in much the same light.

If you analyze your stated, absolute opinions about your points listed, they are all self-serving, of no foundation other than what you, I guess, know about the world today.  And, no joke, that tells us a lot.  Your purpose on DI is evidently done for some sort of personal satisfaction or amusement.  But I can tell you, the joke is on you.  

Funny that you mentioned my comet concept.  My main reason for starting topic is to stir minds into new territories, and you seem to have allowed yourself to be so moved to allow and think a bit.  There is hope for you yet.  Hang in here!

Thank you for that, I'll 'hang in there' as best I can! I do post my opinion but I'm not sure if it is absolute. I'm not even sure if it's self-serving, it's just my current thought. I'm glad it tells you a lot. I do have something you don't have though, and that's honesty. I say to myself 'if it's not positive then don't post it', then I forget and post lol.

I do ask myself why I am here on DI. I don't have a particular purpose other than I fancied I'd post some poems and be part of this community. That hasn't really worked out for me though. Such is the way. You don't like truth, and that is the truth. I'll leave you to it and do my best to avoid you here on DI.
