Russia has taken a lot of blows to their oil infrastructure between sanctions and direct hits from Ukraine.

They recently announced that gasoline is mostly banned from exporting, and diesel has a partial ban on exports. There have even been fuel shortages at the pumps in recent days.

Has the west underestimated some of their economic footing throughout this war? Sure. Does it still come at a cost to Russia, yes.

Things must be getting desperate for the Russians on the front lines, and now with the onset of winter things can only get worse. 
 I imagine if this continues for another year (it's already into it's 3rd year), the situation for both armies on the front lines can only get more harsher, but the losses on the Russia side, as Putin continues to throw troops into this meat grinder, are going to have massive effects for Russia future.
With the possibility that Trump has finally realised Putin has been playing him all this time. Will we see him give his full support to the Ukrainian people, to bring this war to an end? He only said to Zelensky yesterday to take back all the land that Russia has stolen from Ukraine.

It's a Virus, not a moral judge, and it doesn’t care about orientation, gender, nationality, or lifestyle.

Technically anyone can get AIDS in the right situation,  but the government set up fake vaccine drives and other things to infect black people and gay people.  The government hasn't admitted to engineering the virus but they admit to some such incidents.

The problem being genetic studies would seem to indicate HIV originated from a virus in chimpanzees.

Which crossed to humans through bushmeat hunting.

And as far as im aware the AIDS treatment programs in Africa are independently monitored in this day of age.

Underfunded and understaffed as they are, they are about saving lives, not causing harm.

My friend went to Mali for about six months with some Christian organization or another about a decade or so past. 

Some of the things he witnessed over there are beyond description, with HIV being rife, and mass poverty that's beyond beggars' belief.
