Of all the legit things to get neurotic over, let's get extra ultra neurotically pissy cause the President replaced a painting. FFS this isn't a discussion it's a hilariously unhinged rant. Trump has 100-plus pages of pure factual evidence of his overwhelming trolling success here in this fewer than 1000-person and a few bots'? small footprint website.

So Trump cut 2.2 billion in federal money to Harvard? How long before a judge rules that unconstitutional? Gonna be busy, John Roberts.

Harvard University's endowment had a market value of approximately $53.2 billion at the end of fiscal year 2024. 

That should be plenty. Saudi Arabia and Qatar have never been stopped from making them more endowed. The oil arabs ALL donate heavily to our top schools.

The Homegrown Legacy makes billions and buys a wing and they'll name it for him. But an Arabic Shiehk endows a check of 100 million, and they'll pledge an Arabic Studies program. That's closer to the reality.

And find me a professor of Arabic studies, or even an American-Arab student that doesn't side with Palestine and Lebanon. But their existence at protests and in student organizations is still un-American to police. Let them be as critical and angry at Israel as law allows.

So cut off the federal funding and It will be made up by more Saudi endowments for fighting on behalf of the world Arab's free speech where allowed. China does it too and they've all been influencing academia through endowments for decades. Cutting their federal finding may just open the flood gates for more of that taking place. Unless you also seek to outlaw the world of foreign endowments.

This one's going to Supreme Court inevitably.

Until then all threatened Universities may need to follow suit, and decide to do it on their endowments alone.
