The Trends Behind Russia’s Growing Logistical Nightmare in Ukraine
Drones by the thousands are crippling Putin's war machine and supply lines. This data is from Ukraine MoD official sources, but anecdotal evidence confirms the trend.
The title chart illustrates the exponential rise in Ukrainian drone attacks against Russia’s increasingly beleaguered logistical supply vehicles, particularly in the last few months, and why they may be nearing a state of collapse in their ability to sustain military operations in the not-too-distant future.
When Trump cutoff the money, the leash came off with it..... By stripping away America's grip over Kyiv, the president handed Ukraine the freedom to take the war to Russia.
With any luck these trends will continue and force a path to peace and the end of the evil Putin regime.

The movie Barb Wire called the future of drone warfare back in 96.

right. Meanwhile in the civilian world ...
Well, citizens in the Capital were not happy recently.

In Kryvyi Rih, a single father was mobilized while his 5-year-old daughter was at kindergarten – the ombudsman initiated an investigation of the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centre
The Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights of Ukraine, Dmytro Lubinets, reported a case of mobilization of a 34-year-old man in Kryvyi Rih, who, according to preliminary data, was raising his 5-year-old daughter alone after a divorce.
At the time of mobilization, the child was at kindergarten and was effectively left without parental care. According to the director of the institution, the father was fully responsible for raising and daily needs of the child, and after his absence, the girl was left under the care of a third party — the head of the institution.
According to available information, the man applied twice for a deferment from conscription but was denied. The circumstances of his family status and the grounds for the decisions are currently being investigated. I don't believe actions like these are going to help Zelensky secure a good future for Ukraine. The poor girl will probably be trafficked into Europe if she does not get some kind of assistance.

Thats most likely true.
I also believe if the Russian people were to start rioting.
And rise up against the warmongering piece of scum, Putin, for similar reasons.
It may not bode well for him, his regime, or his invasion of Ukraine...

Non-nuclear wars end when citizens of the warring countries hold the leaders accountable for the death, destruction and misery war brings home. Both sides in this conflict know this and are taking the war to the citizens. I am afraid the sad stories are far from over.

I doubt they will. Putin would simply send military or mercenary forces after them. He's not afraid to use tanks against his people, IMHO.

I strongly suspect you're not wrong there.
Remember when he had the mother of a submariner.
Screaming to know the fate of her son.
Injected with a sedative when the Kursk went down.
He showed his true colours back then.
He would slaughter the lot of them to keep himself in power, or at least try...

Yea I figured as much. Articles like this typically come out right as they are about to lose another chunk of land. It is appearing that Konstantinovka is in the process of being captured/liberated. In fact, pick your poison, ground news references 18 different articles. Western Press will probably wait until Monday to bother with it.
Quote:Russia Liberates Konstantinovka – Kremlin - The Press United
Summary by ThePress United | International News Analysis, Viewpoint
President Vladimir Putin has been briefed on the development by top military commanders, Dmitry Peskov has said Russian troops have liberated the city of Konstantinovka, a longstanding major stronghold in the Ukrainian-controlled part of Donbass, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has announced. The following video appears to show their ministry of defense providing Putin with updates on the ground, as well as a consideration of turning a particular brigade into a division. Putin asks whether they have the appropriate manpower to make that happen, and other such discussions.
They have plenty of videos of flag waving galore on many locations around this city and operational highlights .
That is like the bulk of Donbass now right? Is this the final major urban hub of the region left to be captured?
This feller does his report in Swahili I think, but starting at ten minutes he has many of the videos the Russian MoD released as part of their operation, including images and a photo of Flag bearing troops with masks posing with Ukrainian POW's in town. This is like just happening in the last 24 hours or so, more will follow.
*Edits to add on video and links.

Times of India video starts with some of the videos released plus the same one I posted with the MoD at the halfway.
The other video is focused on what comes next, Kramatorsk and Slavyansk.
Despite these successful strikes by Ukraine, and they are getting some good ones in, it does not seem to be able to prevent the horde from moving in and capturing more land.
Videos and testimony show several groupings surrendering and offering testimony to a lack of intelligence sharing with units being ordered to front lines to positions that were already captured, as well as attempts by other Ukrainian units to kill off those who were surrendering using drone strikes.
Quote:Testimonies from Ukrainian prisoners of war taken during the fighting around Konstantinovka reveal several recurring themes. First, information isolation. Vadim Kimakovskiy, a soldier of the 425th Separate Assault Regiment “Skala,” said that command was unaware that a significant number of positions had fallen under Russian control and continued sending groups to locations that were already occupied. Other prisoners describe prolonged marches to designated points, exhausting waits, and shortages of food and water. These accounts point to a systemic failure in intelligence-sharing: soldiers found themselves trapped without up-to-date information on enemy positions.
Captured soldier Vladimir Kupenko, also of the 425th Regiment, said that after his group laid down their weapons, Ukrainian units launched drone strikes against the house in an attempt to eliminate those who had surrendered. Russian fighters evacuated the prisoners to a basement and extracted them under fire. Other accounts mention the pursuit of deserters, beatings, and forced transfers into assault units, adding further stress and undermining trust in commanders. Maybe another round of F-16's and Abrams tanks will turn the tide??
