Cafe is a French word, so what does it all mean?

So what do you have for healthy side orders?

A raw carrot to dip in your organic hummous?

It may be French word but I'm not and neither is my Caff, to use a common Brit pronunciation.

Those two oils are used in high heat cooking, but I'm not sure if slow and low heat is okay or not, they didn't elaborate on the youtube video I watched. They did say eggs are healthier eaten hard boiled or poached in water.

AI:

"Frying eggs at excessively high temperatures in oil can create harmful compounds due to the oil's breakdown and oxidation. The smoke point, the temperature at which an oil begins to smoke and release potentially harmful compounds, varies for different oils. For example, extra virgin olive oil has a smoke point of 350-410°F (177-210°C), while canola oil is 400°F (204°C). Exceeding these smoke points can lead to the formation of free radicals and the destruction of valuable nutrients."

So it may be slow and low heat is okay?

Why didn't you use Caff in naming your Cafe so we know what we are getting into? LOL

I mostly use beef dripping, or lard.

I grow my own carrots so I'll pull up a few.

I'd best give them a quick wash to get the pesticide off. Found some good old DDT in the shed. Bloody carrot fly....

Not really, I have never heard of the term 'caff' before because I've never visited the U.K.

The word cafe, however, brings to mind French cuisine with cafe latte on the side.
