Most probably already know that Pope Francis was using migrants as a vehicle of change.
He was opposed to individualism and wanted to move the U.S. and Europe towards a more collective design.

That wasn't his only objective. "Mass migration not only fits with Francis's vision for transforming the West to make it less individualistic, but it also offers an opportunity to regrow the Catholic church in America." $$$

"Is there any secret about the fact that immigrants are one of the principal sources of renewed life in Catholic parishes, schools, and organizations all over the United States? asks Professor Dick."

Oddly enough Pope Francis had close ties with Castro. One would think that they would have much in common but  "they both drank from the same intellectual stream."

"Fidel Castro had passionately pushed for a strategic alliance between Christians and Marxists for decades as a powerful revolutionary weapon."

Pope Francis was the catalyst for this change. He could just declare it was a "sin" not to take in migrants and even better assist them entering illegally.

This all boils down to "A THEOLOGY OF LIBERATION"  a book written by Gustavo Gutierez.

This is about shifting the priorities of the Catholic church to focus on injustice and oppression."

  Looks like the Pope may have made a donation to the 2016 Hillary Clinton campaign.

"Libero Milone had been a senior executive from the accounting firm Deloitte for decades and was hired by the Vatican as the first auditor general to investigate the misuse of funds by senior church officials. One of the matters he was looking into was the allegation that approximately $1 million had been transferred for Peter's Pence, the Pope's personal charity fund, into the coffers of the Clinton campaign in early 2016."

He was fired.

Something weird here.

"Why would the Vatican try to hide his message? Why was the message different for Spanish speakers in the United States than for English speakers?

While in Bolivia, Francis spent time with Morales. Together they agreed to pray at the spot where a radical priest named Espinal had been gunned down decades earlier. Francis referred to him as our brother.

Morales afterwards gifted Francis with a large Crucifix made out of a hammer and sickle, a replica that that Espinal had kept by his bedside.
He then took it back to the Vatican.

On January 20, 2017 as Trump was being inaugurated "Francis gave a stunning- if overlooked- interview in which he said the return of nationalism and populism should make us think of how Hitler rose to power in Germany."

MacKenzie Scott [ex of Jeff Bezos] is deeply connected to PICO/ Faith in Action. It was heavily funded by MacKenzie Scott. Page 176. "PICO  enjoys the support of Cardinal Oscar Andres Rodriguez Maradriaga, who was also one of Francis's top advisors."

"Among PICO's initaitves is LA RED which urges local governments not to work with federal immigration officials to enforce laws against illegal immigrants."

I guess we will have to see where the New Pope Leo XIV will lean in to. He appears to have a lot of support from those in the Vatican and other religious circles who embrace Illegal Immigration.

I haven't seen Bill Cooper specifically address Billy the Gates.
However in the Appendix- page 381.

AIDS Taking Heavy Toll of Children. 

"Acquired immune deficiency syndrome is striking many more children than previously thought, the WHO reported."

They were expecting 10 million would be infected by 2000. Already there were about 400,00 cases
occuring in children under 5.

Cooper has a detailed footnote-
"I'm confused. Are we to believe that those 400,00 children are practicing homosexuals or IV drug users? Or that 400,000 [1/3] of their mothers transmit the disease? Or is it more likely that they were neither part of the high-risk group nor born of mothers with AIDS. [Meaning of course, that 1/3 babies + 1/3 moms= 2/3 of total AIDS population... no one is making this claim!] These data, if valid come close to proving that AIDS is transmissible by casual contact and/or insects."

I suspect the insects in question are the mosquitoes that Billy is so fond of. This really makes sense.
This is kind of creepy- the date of the article from the LA Times is 9/26/90 which ties in with the recent outbreak of Ebola in DR Congo- 9/26/25.
