Back to Tim Schwab's boo "The Bill Gates Problem"

In the Introduction Page 3 Schwab goes into the negotiations between Paul Allen and Billy. Billy wanted the split to be 64-36

"Gates apparently realizing how easy the deal had been, shamelessly brought Allen back into negotiations, where he claimed an even larger share. 'I've done most of the work...and I gave up a lot to leave Harvard,...I deserve more than 60 percent.'"

Paul Allen wondered how he came up with that split.

64-36- [28]. looks like he's been crazy for a long time.

Chapter 1 "Lives Saved".

Tim Schwab makes it very clear that The Gates Foundation did not respond to any of his requests for information or confirmation of his findings. He provides an enormous amount of references in the Notes section at the end of the book.

Billy is constantly boasting about how many lives have been saved by GAVI's roll-out of vaccines in poor countries.
Schwab has tried to verify the figures and not unexpectedly this is not possible since the Gates Foundation funds the organizations that come up with the data.

An example- Billy claims that the foundations work on rotavirus vaccine "has reduced the number of children who die of this disease every year by [75]% from 528,000 annually in 2000 to 128,500 in 2016."

He is more than a little fixated on #28.

"Even with Gate's narrow, pharma-focused approach to public health, we find major limitations. For example, nearly half of all children across the globe today are not vaccinated against rotavirus. Given that there are multiple rotavirus vaccines are available, and given that Gates seems to have planted his flag and claimed ownership over the disease, doesn't he have to take some responsibility for these failures? If he's willing to take credit for the progress we've made, torturing or misrepresenting the data to inflate his foundation's accomplishments, does he not also have to own the shortcomings of his philanthropic work?"

GAVI was seeded with $750 million by the Gates Foundation in 1999.
GAVI is the single largest recipient of foundation funding by a significant amount. Apparently saving over 15 million lives.
GAVI "is not accountable to the people who supply most of its funding, taxpayers in rich nations. Wealthy nations have consistently provided 80 to 90 % of GAVI's funding over its five- year fund raising cycles- - around [35] billion dollars- yet they too hold only 5 seats on GAVI's board, meaning they have limited say over how their money is used."

GAVI pools large sums of money from donors- mostly from taxpayers- to purchase vaccines from the pharmaceutical industry. If Big Pharma didn't previously have an incentive to supply vaccines to poor nations, they do with GAVI, which puts up billions of dollars to move markets."

"The Vaccine" was published February 1,2022.
"Source Code" was published February 1, 2025.
"Disease X" February 2, 2023.

Could the warning letter have come from Billy?

There's a lot of strangeness around the pneumonia vaccine.

Following the $$$.

"GAVI's single largest vaccine purchase over the years- of at least $4 billion- has been for the pneumonia vaccine. At certain points, around half of GAVI's vaccine budget has gone towards pneumonia immunization."

A horrific number of children die from this yearly. Oddly "GAVI's distribution, however, doesn't  appear aimed at universal access. It works only in the poorest nations and with pneumonia vaccines, covers only half of the children living there."

The pneumonia jabs are under the duopoly of the Evil Empire of Pfizer and it's kiss'n cousin GSK."

"There are approximately 430 million children under the age of 15 living in countries with zero coverage of the PCV."
"Gates Foundation's own funded research that the GSK- Pfizer duopoly has limited supply and stifled competitive market forces that drive prices down..."

Meanwhile in the U.S. the price of Pfizer's pneumonia vaccine was, inscrutably, rising over time- not falling as one would expect because scaling up production should deliver efficiencies."

Singapore mandated the jab for children and "Inexplicably the price jumped by 50%".  

I believe the pneumonia vaccine is linked somehow to Covid. Prior to Covid this was Pfizer's #1 source of revenue. Why wouldn't they make more= more profit?

Now here is where it gets super weird. "Gates, GAVI, and other donors developed what was called 'an advance- comittment' putting up $1.5 billion to send a signal to the pharmaceutical industry that there was money on the table. 

..."GAVI ENDED UP HANDING OUT $1.5 BILLION POOL OF FUNDS AS BONUS PAYMENTS TO GSK AND PFIZER, ESSENTIALLY REWARDING, IF NOT ENTRENCHING THEIR MONOPOLY POWER."

With this bonus payment Pfizer and GSK were now receiving $7 per shot.

Continuing along with the weirdness- Doctors Without Borders was very critical of GAVI's monopoly subsidy model." 
They were unique because they wouldn't bend the knee and take funding from the Gates Foundation.

"They and other critics accuse GAVI of paying inflated prices for pneumonia vaccines, arguing that its negotiations have lacked transparency and accountability."

Since we the taxpayers have been funding GAVI  have they had any incentive to negotiate for lower prices?

"One early advisor to the Gates Foundation, Donald Light, alleges when he and others questioned GAVI's pricing, their names were removed fromt he report GAVI presented to rich donor nations, making it seem as though its pricing structure had been unanimously endorsed..."

DOCTORS WITHOUT BORDERS REFUSED A DONATION OF ONE MILLION DOSES OF PNEUMONIA VACCINES FROM PFIZER arguing that honoring such a donation would legitimize Pfizer's monopoly power . By giving the pneumonia vaccine away for free, pharmaceutical corporations can use this as justification for why prices remain high for others..."

Doctors Without Borders "WANTED TO BUY VACCINES FROM PFIZER AT THE SAME PRICE IT SOLD TO GAVI. PFIZER REFUSED AT THE TIME."

GAVI's board of directors is composed of Goldman Sachs, GSK, JP Morgan< UBS and friends making decisions on how to spend the "multi-billion budget."

Guess what? there are [28] members of the board.

I'm not certain how the Gates Foundation has been getting away with this.

Gates has funded the Gates Medical Research Institute with $500 million to develop new drugs and vaccines."
This is weird because they are now competitors to Big and small pharma.

"Gates wants his own foundation involved in actual creation of new lifesaving pharmaceuticals."
There's something about this pneumonia vaccine.

"The Gates Foundation reports spending billions of dollars for projects related to pneumonia, for example, including funding directed at the development of new vaccines. Gates has given charitable grants to stunning array of vaccine developers in this space, including GSK, Pfizer, SK bioscience, PnuVax, Genocea, Matrivax, the Serum Institute of India, and Inventprise." And more.

He has also funded partnerships throughout China with companies like Sinopharm and Walvax.

"As sources told me, the foundation today is not just a friend to Big Pharma; it is Big Pharma- and its engagement in the marketplace bears a striking resemblance to Microsoft's."

"The Gates Foundation is a non profit, tax privileged charity that is acting like a private equity investor, venture capital fund, or a pharmaceutical company."

Gates is far too interested in a pneumonia vaccine.

PruVax was a small Canadian vaccine company that was working on a pneumonia vaccine and in "2014 the Gates Foundation pledged $40 million in 3 different grants. It was one of the foundation's biggest private-sector partners, if not also Gate's best hope for bringing a new pneumonia vaccine to market."

With everything going so well suddenly Billy decided to sue the company. Schwab managed to get access to the lawsuit records and found a chart that showed that PruVax was to sell its pneumonia vaccine between $.48- $1.00. Billy must have been in his horrors because GAVI was paying much more to Pfizer and GSK.

"The documents offer a variety of indications that PruVax was positioned for success. The company's CEO, in a previous role, had been directly responsible for the launch and approval of Prevnar 7, the vaccine that launched Pfizer's pneumonia vaccine empire."

PruVax also had its own manufacturing facility and it had already developed its pneumonia vaccine."

This lawsuit started in 2019.  This was a frivilous lawsuit which was dismissed in May 2019 but by then the damage was done.

Meanwhile there was odd 'exclusive' in the Daily Mail that dragged the company's name through the mud.

"The Globe and Mail reported that, during the Covid-19 pandemic, PnuVax was extremely well positioned 'to produce millions of doses of Covid-19 vaccine by the end of 2020."
They wouldn't have used mRNA technology.

Two of the companies that the Gates Foundation were involved that worked on pneumonia vaccines ended up being stopped by lawsuits. PnuVax and one by Pfizer - SK bioscience. Another company Affnivax ended up being acquired by GSK.
