I'm still circling around Billy's fixation over polio eradication. Somehow it doesn't make sense because, before the Gates Foundation and Saudi Arabia joint agreement to launch an intensive polio immunization campaign, there were only a couple of cases in Pakistan and perhaps 3 cases in Afghanistan.

Most cases are now the result of the oral polio vaccine. Two hot bed countries [P+A=17]

Lobbying- Chapter 6.

Fortunately Schwab has a big web of connections-

Billy has very deep ties within the government. Really big problems.

His first meeting was with Sen. Lindsey Graham then was followed by testimony at a hearing by the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs.

In his testimony Gates talked about the importance of marshaling taxpayer dollars to support Gates effort to [eradicate polio] and Gates initiatives like GAVI. He also argued that the United States has a self interest in expanding foreign- aid spending."

Schwab even comments that this is odd. This gives us a clearer context on Billy's true mission.
Billy promoted the Green Revolution which has decimated the African agriculture.

"Gates read the room and offered a vision of Africa as a Gates health-related philanthropic efforts, the U.S. economy will grow."

After the meetings he had a private meeting with Senator Graham and Freshman Senators and then a series of one-on-one meetings with Senators David Perdue, Patty Murray, Patrick Leahy, Roy Blunt, and Rand Paul."

Afterwards he had a "45 minute meeting with VOX journalist Ezra Klein, who later published a long, flattering story about Gates."

Then using a fake surname Gates dined at the Four Seasons with Ron Klain, "who later became Biden's chief of staff."

This is amazing that an unelected person has such unique access to members of Congress. In fact this looks like they are organizing their day around him.


This is before Billy changed his mind about the climate- he had invested $2 billion in climate and energy technologies that could benefit from federal spending programs.

He had spent years trying to advance climate legislation. "Almost everyone on the energy committee came over and spent a few hours with me over dinner."

Gates has a strangle hold on Washington DC.

The Gates Foundation has donated almost $10 billion to politically connected organizations in Washington, DC.- "3 thousand charitable grants, including donations to a never ending stream of advocates who help put Gate's agenda in front of Congress..."
Expanding to the suburbs the Foundation now is above $12 billion.

"Twice as much money as the foundation gives to Africa!"

This all boils down to the public-private partnership and the amount of tax dollars Gates receives. GAVI receives $35 billion from taxpayers while the Gates Foundation has "awarded $6 billion to GAVI."

Once again we have the Gates Foundation doing something sneaky; prior to 2021 they revealed how much they were receiving from the taxpayers [$40 million] but suddenly stopped reporting.

Since this was during the plandemic maybe they were suddenly receiving much more because GAVI had to roll out the jabs across  the third world.

Schwab is also suspicious about the [polio focus] by Billy. He had predicted that it would end by 2018 and yet here we are.

"this money could have helped far more people had it been used on other public health projects."
This polio campaign has nothing to do with public health, rather it should be called anti health.

The bottom line is that the foundations are not permitted to lobby. Throwing caution to the wind-

Then there is Rajiv Shah," a former high-level director of the foundation- who had become the head of USAID- and the face of the government food aid program Gates was pushing."

GAVI also spends millions lobbying Congress, "including on legislation on legislation that directly impacts GAVI's budget."

The Gates foundation is not the only one playing this game.

"GAVI and CEPI, pressured U.S. and European governments to commit billions of dollars to support their work on Covid-19." They went as far as calling directly Angela Merkel in 2021. Imagine they had [28] staff members registered to lobby in the German Parliament..."

This is weird. Lobbying by foundations is prohibited by law and yet the "foundation has its own internal guidance that asserts its right to influence regulations, administrative, or non-legislative policies and justified decisions in the U.S. and to discuss legislative proposals or legislative actions with legislators and government officials regarding matters and government officials regarding matters related to jointly-funded programs."

The Gates Foundation is one of the largest private funders of congressional travel.
-$14,000 Senator Krysten Sinema to travel to Rwanda and the DR Congo.
-$14,000 per head trip for Minnesota representatives Eric Paulsen and daughter to travel to Kenya.
-$25,000 trip to send Mike Quigly and his wife to Cambodia.

And  on and on.

The other foundations also are doing the same thing.

An oddity- this is the first book I have purchased[Plandemic related] that does not have a price on the book jacket.

There are 11 chapters and there are no weird dots or lines on the top and bottom of pages.

-The WHO has been defunded by the U.S.
